Iron-deficiency anemia is among the most common nutritional disorders worldwide, affecting a substantial share of menstruating women, growing children, and people with absorption challenges. Because these nutrients underpin oxygen transport, energy production, and cellular repair, even a mild shortfall can produce wide-ranging symptoms that ripple across mood, cognition, and physical stamina. Many people search for answers after months of unexplained fatigue, only to be told their labs are "fine."
