Sleep, fatigue, and energy concerns are among the most common reasons people seek care — and among the most multifactorial. Energy depends on the interplay of sleep quality, metabolic health, hormonal balance, nervous-system regulation, and more, so persistent fatigue rarely has a single, tidy cause. Because routine testing often comes back normal, these complaints are frequently minimized, and people are left to assume that constant tiredness is simply their baseline. An integrative health approach treats sleep, fatigue, and energy as an interconnected system, looking across the contributing domains to identify what's actually depleting a given person rather than offering generic advice. It recognizes that a problem in one area — say, blood sugar or stress physiology — often drives problems in another.
