Description

This 15-hour course introduces practitioners to the fundamental principles of Brain-Based Adjusting. Participants will learn how to apply joint manipulation and fast stretch techniques to treat neurological functional decompensation and brain hemisphericity. The course focuses on the central neurological consequences of specific manipulation qualities, including sidedness, speed, amplitude, and line of drive. Through a combination of lecture, hands-on practice, and clinical application, clinicians will develop targeted palpation and adjustment techniques rooted in functional neurology and modern biomechanics. This course empowers practitioners to enhance their specificity, brain activation strategies, and clinical outcomes.

What you’ll learn:

  • Understand the neurological foundations of brain hemisphericity and functional decompensation
  • Apply manipulation and manual therapy techniques that strategically influence brain function.
  • Perform quick assessments to determine sidedness and functional imbalances.
  • Integrate biomechanical coupling and receptor-based strategies into manual treatment protocols.
