Central Sensitization, Fibromyalgia, and Widespread Pain

This 25-hour course, part of the Mastery of Chronic Overlapping Pain Conditions series, provides clinicians with an advanced framework for diagnosing, assessing, and managing chronic pain syndromes. Participants will explore central sensitization disorders and overlapping conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, migraines, Gulf War Illness, IBS, myofascial pain syndrome, and chronic pelvic pain. Special focus is given to comorbidities, emerging imaging biomarkers, functional connectivity via fMRI, and clinical applications like qEEG biofeedback. Through lecture, case-based practicum, and hands-on evaluation, attendees will master modern pain neuroscience to improve patient outcomes.
