Description

This 8-hour course focuses on evidence-based assessment and management of temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD). Attendees will explore head and neck anatomy, TMJ-specific exams, and conservative treatment techniques including myofascial release, postural correction, and gait analysis. Emphasis is placed on practical tools and hands-on methods to improve clinical outcomes.

What you’ll learn:

  • Identify TMJ anatomy, common TMD conditions, and pain referral sources.
  • Perform physical exams and myofascial techniques for TMJ evaluation and care.
  • Develop treatment plans and co-management strategies with dental professionals.
