Course Description
This 25-hour course, taught by Dr. David Traster, is designed to bridge functional neurology with muscle testing for a more precise and evidence-based clinical approach. Participants will gain a modern understanding of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and brain-behavior relationships, and apply this knowledge to refine diagnostic and treatment strategies. Topics include the perceptual, somatosensory, visual, auditory, vestibular, movement, and cognitive-emotional systems, as well as the role of the cerebellum, basal ganglia, brainstem, and autonomic nervous system. Special emphasis is placed on how to challenge and test the nervous system through muscle testing, enhancing clinical outcomes for chronic health conditions.
