Description

This 15-hour course provides a comprehensive foundation in neurorehabilitation. Clinicians will explore the physiology of muscle contraction, torque dynamics, cerebellar integration, and proprioceptive feedback to design personalized rehab programs. The course covers strength training, aerobic capacity protocols, gaze stabilization, vestibular therapy, and plasticity principles. Using live and written case studies, attendees will learn to build effective care plans tailored to each patient's neurological and metabolic needs.

What you’ll learn:

  • Understand the physiology of muscle contraction and neuromuscular energy systems.
  • Design torque-based rehab strategies using isokinetic testing and exercise principles.
  • Apply cerebellar, vestibular, and oculomotor rehab techniques to support CNS recovery.
  • Develop individualized neurorehab plans using plasticity principles and patient-specific metrics.
