Diplomate, Fellowship, and Certificate Programs

Pursuing advanced credentials — board certification or fellowship status — can feel overwhelming. The benefits are clear: greater credibility, career advancement, and the ability to serve patients at a higher level. But the path to getting there often feels unclear. Which courses matter? What sequence prepares you best? How do you balance study with clinical practice?

The Carrick Institute has designed Professional Credential Pathways to bring clarity and confidence to that journey. These structured learning tracks provide the coursework and clinical foundations required to become eligible for recognized board and fellowship examinations.

The entire Carrick Institute curriculum is CAGEN approved and recognized by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (ACNB) and the American College of Functional Neurology (ACFN).

Exclusively for Doctors

The Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB) is specifically designed for Doctors of Chiropractic (DC). The Fellowship of the American College of Functional Neurologists (FACFN) is available to healthcare professionals who hold doctoral credentials such as MD, DO, DC, DPT, ND, PhD, and similar.

For All Healthcare Professionals

The American College of Functional Neurologists also offers sub-specialty Fellowships and Certificates. Specialty Fellowships are offered to those that hold doctoral credentials such as MD, DO, DC, DPT, ND, PhD, and similar; and Certificates are available to all others.
