Carrick Institute “Season of Giving” Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who complete their Carrick Institute Scholar Profile between December 10th, 2025, and the time of the drawing. A completed profile is defined as:
Submission of all five (5) required Scholar Profile forms, and
One-Time Use Only: Each Coupon may be used once (1x).
A system status of “Profile Completed” and “2025 SOG Giveaway”
Employees of Carrick Institute, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Eligible participants are automatically entered into the Giveaway if they choose to enroll in the contest and complete their Scholar Profile, which is then is marked “Profile Complete.”
Entries will be generated from an exported list of all individuals meeting the eligibility criteria at the time of the drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Profiles will be evaluated for duplicate entries, and merged prior to drawing.
No purchase, payment, or enrollment is required to enter or win.
3. Prize
Ten (10) winners will each receive a $1,000 Carrick Institute Education Coupon (“Coupon”).
3A. Coupon Use and Limitations
No Rollover: Any unused portion of the Coupon is forfeited and cannot be retained as credit.
If Purchase Is Less Than $1,000: The remaining unused value is forfeited.
If Purchase Exceeds $1,000: The winner (or transferred recipient) must pay the difference in full to gain access to the educational material.
Expiration: Coupon must be used before March 1, 2026.
Non-Stackable: Coupon can be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, or credits.
Eligible Products: Coupon can only be used on educational offerings available for purchase on the Carrick Institute website prior to March 1, 2026.
No Cash Value: Coupon is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected using a computerized random selection tool from the eligible list of individuals with completed Scholar Profiles. The drawing will occur on or after January 1, 2026.
Winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their Scholar Profile.
4A. Winner Confirmation Requirement
Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to confirm within the required period may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected at Carrick Institute’s discretion.
5. Transferability of Coupons
Coupons may be transferred under the following conditions:
- The original winner must submit a written request from their verified email address on file clearly identifying the intended recipient.
- The recipient must have a completed Carrick Institute Scholar Profile before the transfer can be finalized.
- Once transferred, the Coupon is subject to all original terms and expiration dates.
- Only one transfer is permitted per Coupon.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participants who have completed their Scholar Profiles during the time of the drawing.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Carrick Institute, Inc., which are final and binding.
- Allow Carrick Institute to verify eligibility, Scholar Profile completion, and identity prior to prize award.
- Accept that Carrick Institute reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway if technical or unforeseen issues arise.
- Carrick Institute is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable communications.
- Technical errors, system failures, or data issues that prevent profile completion or entry.
- Fraudulent or improper activity may result in disqualification.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree that Carrick Institute, Inc. is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the Coupon, except where prohibited by law.
