Evelina Fedorenko

Evelina Fedorenko, PhD is a Professor of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT and a member of the McGovern Institute for Brain Research. Her research focuses on understanding the neural architecture of the human language system, using methods such as fMRI, intracranial recordings, and studies of polyglots. Dr. Fedorenko earned her PhD from MIT and has received multiple recognitions, including the NIH Pathway to Independence Award. She is widely published and actively contributes to advancing our understanding of language processing in the brain.
