Mark Atlas

Dr. Mark Atlas is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist and academic physician with a focus on pediatric brain and spinal cord tumors. He serves as an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and is affiliated with Cohen Children’s Medical Center .

Dr. Atlas’s clinical work centers on the diagnosis and management of complex pediatric cancers, particularly central nervous system tumors. His role includes both patient care and contributions to multidisciplinary treatment programs supporting children with serious neurological and oncological conditions.

In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Atlas is involved in academic medicine and research, with interests that include clinical outcomes, patient care strategies, and education within pediatric oncology.
