Lon Kalapp
Dr. Lon Kalapp is a chiropractic neurologist, educator, and clinical leader with extensive experience in multidisciplinary practice and applied neuroscience. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Neural FX and has spent decades developing innovative clinical models that integrate neurological principles into patient care and practice development.
Dr. Kalapp earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences and later completed his Diplomate in Neurology (DACNB) through the Carrick Institute, where he graduated as valedictorian of his testing class. He is also completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuroscience, with research focused on the mechanisms by which pain evolves into suffering .
Throughout his career, Dr. Kalapp has held multiple leadership roles, including clinic director positions in multidisciplinary medical settings and ownership of private practices. His work has emphasized integrative care, combining chiropractic neurology, rehabilitation, and patient-centered treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kalapp is an instructor with the Carrick Institute, where he teaches neurology to healthcare professionals seeking advanced training in functional and clinical neuroscience. He is also an experienced consultant, working with healthcare practices across the country to improve operations, build sustainable cash-based models, and enhance team performance and patient experience .
