Natasha Wilch

Natasha Wilch is a Registered Physical Therapist with a clinical focus in neurological rehabilitation and concussion care. She completed her undergraduate training in Health Science and Kinesiology and her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia .

Since beginning her career in 2011, Natasha has worked extensively with individuals experiencing neurological conditions, including concussion, stroke, and other complex presentations. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based rehabilitation with ongoing postgraduate training in areas such as functional neurology, vestibular rehabilitation, and chronic pain management .

She is the founder of a private practice focused on concussion and brain performance, where she works with patients across a range of recovery stages. In addition to her clinical work, Natasha is involved in clinician education and has contributed to professional development initiatives related to concussion management.
